EA Games finally released the fourth installment of Sims, a couple of years of after the third game was released. The game received mainly positive reviews and claims, as users were delighted with the number of possibilities of character customization, improved gameplay and other awesome aspects of the game.
But the game wouldn’t be a game without some crashes and problems. Some players from all over the community have reported that the game crashes or that it won’t even start, but we are here to ease their lives.

You created a great looking Sim in Demo and you want to play with him in the full version, too? Don’t worry this is now possible. There are to ways to recover your CAS Demo creations.
First, if you uploaded your Sims to the gallery, just search for your Sims and download them from there. If you didn’t upload your Sims to the gallery, go to Documents folder, then to Electronics Arts folder and you’ll see ‘The Sims 4’ and ‘The Sims 4 Create a Sim Demo’ folders. Open ‘The Sims 4 Create a Sim Demo’ folder and copy all files from a folder named “Tray” to the same folder in ‘The Sims 4.’ After that, all your Create a Sim creations will show up in the library of the full game.
